What to expect from us…

1. Needs Assessment: Via phone or internet or email, our Sales Advisor listens to what is important to you in a vehicle. Style, size, driving habits, technology features, safety features, exterior and interior color, your trade-in and budget are considered. You’ll be introduced to a Sales or Business Manager early in the process.

2.Test Drive the Ones You Like: We find vehicles that meet your criteria and invite you to see and test drive them yourself. We help you narrow the field and identify all the manufacturer and dealer incentives currently available on the models you prefer. If you don’t find exactly what you want, we can search our entire Ford/Lincoln family of stores to find it or begin the process of a special order. We offer to appraise your trade-in while you are looking at our other vehicles – this should take about 15-20 minutes at most.

3.Transaction Terms: Once you select a vehicle, we quickly prepare the transaction documents designed to fit your goals, your driving needs and your habits. Does a purchase or lease make more sense for you? Our business managers make the comparisons for you so that you clearly understand your options. Just like your private residence, you may want to add an extended warranty and tire care to protect your vehicle. And, take a moment to hear a clear explanation of the vehicle’s existing warranty.

4.Customized Vehicle Delivery:

While we complete your ownership documents, your vehicle is prepped, washed and made ready for you to drive. Our Customer Care Manager receives your vehicle and meets with you to show you how to use every feature. Allow 30 minutes or longer to familiarize yourself with your vehicle’s technology and to customize your settings. We assist you with SYNCing your phone, finding your favorite radio stations and audio settings, dialing in your climate preferences, and entering your navigation settings.

You may arrange a follow up session to learn more about your vehicle at a time that is most convenient to you. Olivia and Christy, along with our entire Customer Care team, will ensure every detail of your buying experience is handled with ease and attention to detail.
